Brandon did all of it legwork in finding our new home based on our preferences and was available for our tours, inspections and closing.     Brandon and Celia Grell are the epitome of world class real estate agents. If you are looking for a new house in the San Antonio market, you absolutely cannot go wrong choose Grell Realty Group. Buying our first house took only 1.5 months, 2 months top, because of Grell Realty Group, and Brandon and Celia worked together as a team to ensure it was as smooth and convenient process for us as possible. Brandon and Celia had our best interests as buyers at heart and never pressured or rushed us into making any decisions just to keep things moving. They always were available whenever we had questions and would take the time to explain essentially all aspects of the home buying process. A huge added bonus was that Brandon had a list of highly rated vendors for everything we needed (lenders, home inspectors, etc.) so that took a lot of guesswork out from our part. In this real estate market, the expression “you get what you pay for” rings extremely true for these two agents - they are definitely worth their commission. As first time home buyers, we made the right choice going with Brandon and Celia Grell and Grell Realty Group.

    We had such a great experience with the Grells!! First, we sold our home the first weekend it was listed and closed in a month on a VA loan (almost unheard of!). They had recommendations ready for cleaners, a handyman, and everything. They also took on the Herculean task of shepherding us through what had to be the most frustrating purchase ever (due to the original lender). They worked tirelessly to find us all the professionals needed for a rural, acreage, two home property, and they made sure we got everything we needed. When we finally found the right lender, they were wonderful at getting everything needed to the lender quickly. While we don’t intend to move ever again, they will be our forever recommendation to those who need a realtor. They have amazing communication, creative thinking, and just don’t give up even in the face of extreme adversity.

No matter the distance of the home they would drive there and give us a detailed FaceTime tour. This was not an easy market to win any offer in, but they definitely helped us overcome that. I highly recommend using them as your realtors.
